Dear Lou,
This is a belated thank you for the fantastic catering job you did for our Christmas party. All the staff were blown away by the quality of the food, especially those amazing pecan tarts.... Not only was the food wonderful, the presentation was outstanding and everyone commented on how good it all looked. And you were so calm in a crisis (when the oven misbehaved....)
I'm looking forward to you feeding the hordes again this year - can't wait to see what's on the menu (with a functional oven, this time)!
